An In Vitro Culture System to Determine Eye Irritancy as an Alternative to the Draize Eye Test

He is developing an in vitro culture system as an alternative to the Draize eye test. Tchao uses permeability of epithelial tissue to Fluorescein as an indicator of damage and will validate the system for testing detergents.
