Development of an Explant System for the Study of Defined Progenitor Populations

Pfeiffer proposes developing a system of mouse brain explants for study of neuron remyelination. Subpopulations of oligodendroglia will be introduced in the cultures and their migration and differentiation charted via a variety of measures, including immunological markers.
