CAAT-US Food Information Day

This one day event, co-sponsored by CAAT and Orange House Partnership, will focus on risk assessment and management for food. Issues of food safety, animal health, international regulations and 3Rs approaches to these issues will be explored.

Speakers from the US and EU, from Industry,  Government, and Academia will examine current issues and future prospects.

Information days are a regular activity of CAAT, and have been held in the US and in Europe.
