Humane Science Lectures
A disc image is provided in a ZIP file. The ZIP file contains the ISO image which can be burned to CD. Instructions are below for Windows and Mac OS X.
Burning the ISO File
- Windows
- Unzip the archive to a folder you will remember.
- If your CD Burner or computer came with software to burn CDs, refer to the software's manual to burn these CD images (ISO files)
- If not, you can download Infra Recorder (a free CD burning utility for Windows). The Infra Recorder site is here, and the download page is here.
- Install Infra Recorder
- Start the program either by double-clicking the desktop icon or clicking the program's icon in the Start Menu.
- From the Actions menu, choose Burn Image...
- Navigate to the folder you extracted the .iso file into, click the .iso file, and click Open
- Verify the settings in this window (the default settings are usually fine) and click OK.
- Burning will now start, and after it is done, you can place the disc in your computer's CD-ROM or DVD drive.
- Mac OS X
- Extract the contents of the archive to a folder you will remember.
- Start Disk Utility by going to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility
- From the Image menu, choose Burn (Command-B).
- Navigate to the folder you extracted the ISO file into and click Burn.
